1. Digital Products — All Sales Final

All products sold by Modern Archive are digital goods (PDF ebooks / digital downloads). They are delivered electronically and are instantly accessible upon purchase.

Because our products are digital and downloadable, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been provided, the product cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital, intangible good and that you are not entitled to a refund or chargeback on the basis that the product has been delivered and made available to you.

2. Instant Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will immediately receive access to your download links on the confirmation page, and a copy of your receipt will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for saving your files to your device.

3. License & Personal Use

Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable license to download and read the digital product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce, or otherwise distribute the files or their contents.

4. Payment & Chargebacks

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the digital product.

Opening a chargeback or dispute for a digital product that has already been delivered and made available to you constitutes a breach of these Terms. If you experience a genuine issue accessing your download, contact us at effyemfprotection@gmail.com and we will assist you in retrieving your files.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, and PDF files, is the property of Modern Archive and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
